Buy 2 or more Michelin Tyres and Claim up to £50 in fuel vouchers!

Fuel will always be a large part of a vehicle’s running costs and to help with this Michelin is giving you the chance to claim up to £50 worth of fuel vouchers.

Buy 2 or more 13” to 17” MICHELIN tyres from Just Tyres in a single transaction and claim £25 in fuel vouchers or buy 2 or more 18” and above MICHELIN tyres from Just Tyres in a single transaction and claim £50 in fuel vouchers.

This offer is available between 1 June and 31 July 2012 for both tyres purchased online and in any of our Just Tyres Centres.

On fitment of your tyres at your local Just Tyres Centre, you will be handed a claim form, simply complete it, attach your original receipt and post it back to the address given on the form. If purchasing tyres for delivery, your claim form will be posted to you.

Terms and Conditions

1. The “Michelin Fuel Voucher Promotion” (the “Promotion”) is open to all consumers

who are UK and Republic of Ireland (“ROI”) residents aged 18 and over, except

Michelin Tyre PLC’s (the “Promoter”) employees (and their immediate families),

its agencies or anyone else connected with the creation and administration of this

Promotion, or trade customers. This offer is open to retail customers only (excludes

company vehicle drivers).

2. By participating in the Promotion, claimants agree to be bound by these terms and

conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material.

3. There is a purchase requirement. Claimants must purchase two or more 13” to 17”

Michelin car, van or 4x4 tyres or two or more 18” and above Michelin car, van and 4x4

tyres of the same diameter in a single transaction between 1 June and 31 July 2012.

4. Promotion only available at participating tyre dealers. A list of participating dealers can

be found at www.michelin.co.uk or by calling the Michelin helpline number on 0845

366 1590. If you are in doubt please ask your tyre dealer if your purchase will qualify

for this promotion.

5. Claims must be made on an official claim form. Claims must be completed in ink and

must be accompanied by a valid original receipt highlighting the tyres purchased. It

is recommended that you keep a photocopy for your records. Please post back to:

6. The Promotion will pay out £25 worth of Sainsbury’s vouchers (Tesco for residents of

the Isle of Man) for two or more 13” to 17” MICHELIN car, Van or 4x4 tyres purchased

and £50 worth of Sainsbury’s vouchers (Tesco for residents of the Isle of Man) for two

or more 18” and above MICHELIN car, van or 4x4 tyres purchased. Vouchers will be

sent within 28 days from receipt of claim.

7. Only one entry per person, per household. Lost, incomplete, invalid, illegible or late

claims will not be accepted and proof of posting shall not constitute proof of receipt.

The Promoter reserves the right to discard illegible claim forms. The Promoter reserves

the right to dispute a claim if it believes the claim is not legitimate. The Promoter’s

decision is final.

8. Closing date for receipt of claims is 31 August 2012.

9. Claim forms and receipts become the absolute property of the promoter and will not

be returned.

10. Please refer to the vouchers for full terms and conditions of their use.

11. The vouchers are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

12. The vouchers are subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute

with vouchers of equal value in the event that circumstances beyond its control make

this unavoidable.
