COVID-19 Protocols

Following the Government announcement on 23rd March 2020 we can confirm that garages are on the list of essential retailers during this time and we will therefore remain open where possible to help keep those that need to travel on the road.

However, the safety of our staff and customer is our priority and with that in mind we have introduced some new protocols whilst managing the COVID-19 situation.

Our website is accepting orders and our staff remain at the end of the phones for support and advice.

We would like customers to follow the protocol below when attending any of our sites.

  • Only 1 customer should be in the waiting/reception areas at any time and should remain 2m distance from anyone else in the building.
  • On arrival please notify staff and if you cannot be seen immediately, we ask that you go and wait in your car.  Our staff will come and let you know when we are ready to work on your vehicle.
  • You will be asked to drive your vehicle into the bay, open your boot, exit the vehicle and move into the waiting area remaining 2m away from all others in the building
  • Once work has been completed, we will notfiy you, take payment and then you will be able to go back to your vehicle and drive away.
  • Please note that we will not be in contact with your vehicle for any more time than necessary and our staff will be wearing gloves at all times.

Please also note that we have introduced additional cleaning in all of our centres and all staff are fully aware of the symptoms to look out for.

We ask that you please respect this process for your own safety and for the safety of our staff too.

Should anything change we will update this page and notify any customers who have orders outstanding.

Thank you and we hope you all remain safe during these unprecedented times.
