A warranty to support your tyre purchase

Your tyres are the only thing that keep you on the road, so when you purchase such an important item you need to ensure that you are not only buying the right product for your driving needs but also that if you encounter any issues further down the road, you'll be looked after.  That's why Just Tyres have introduced a Lifetime Warranty for all Sportrak tyres purchased at one of our Tyre Fitting Centres to give you reassurance and peace of mind.

Lifetime Tyre Warranty

Your Sportrak Tyres are manufactured using the latest technology and to a very high standard, leading confidence in the product which allows us to offer a Lifetime warranty on your purchase, including accidental damage during normal motoring.  In order to validate your Lifetime Warranty you should keep your original invoice as proof of purchase and come along to your local centre every 6 months for a FREE tyre check.  We'll help by sending a reminder email just before your tyre check is due, all you need to do is pop into the Just Tyres centre and our staff will carry out a full safety check on your tyres and complete the details on your warranty certificate.

When you purchase tyres, our team will issue you a warranty certificate, please keep this safe and ensure that you bring it along with you for every visit.

Please note this Just Tyres Lifetime Warranty applies to Sportrak Tyres only.  If your tyre develops a fault, including accidental damage during normal motoring, it is conditional for the application and maintenance of this warranty that a new tubeless valve is fitted and a corrective wheel balance carried out at the time of fitting, repair or replacement of the tyre.  These services are chargeable.  This warranty is valid for the lifetime of the tyre or until it reaches a tread depth of 3mm.

Just Tyres Lifetime Warranty Terms & Conditions

This warranty applies solely to Sportrak tyres sold by Just Tyres and will be honoured at any Just Tyres Centre.

This warranty is valid for the lifetime of the tyre provided there is a minimum tread depth of 3 millimetres remaining around the entire central circumference of the tyre equal to 3/4 of the tread width.  Work will only be carried out upon production of the original receipt and a fully completed warranty leaflet.

Tyres are covered for suspected manufacturing faults and/or accidental damage

Any tyre that can be repaired within the limits of the current BSAU 159 "minor damage standard" will be repaired free of charge.

It is conditional for the application and maintenance of this warranty that a new tubeless valve is fitted and a corrective wheel balance carried out at the time of fitting, repair or replacement of the tyre.  These services are chargeable.

This warranty is not transferable.

Tyres that fail due to criminal or malicious damage, vandalism, improper use, fire, theft, use in competitive sport, road accident, mechanical defect (such as incorrect alignment), repair by another garage or incorrect tyre pressures are excluded from this warranty.

This warranty is not available to taxis, vehicles used for private hire or driving schools and excludes 4x4 and commercial tyres.

This warranty is in addition to your statutory consumer rights, which are unaffected.  The tyre(s) will be replaced with a tyre of the same make as originally purchased, although tread pattern may vary.  If a tyre of the same make is not available an equivalent tyre will be used.

This warranty is based on the current recommended retail price of the tyre.
