What is your complaints process?

We hope that you never have any service issues but understand that sometimes errors can occur.  We welcome customer feedback as it offers us the opportunity to improve processes and/or service.  All enquiries are taken very seriously at Just Tyres and we will work to resolve any issues raised in the quickest timescale.

In the unlikely event there is anything you are not completely satisfied with, please contact us as soon as you can in order that we can rectify any issues as soon as possible.  Either call us on 01908 634700 or write to us at Just Tyres, Unit 3, iO Centre, Fingle Drive, Stonebridge, Milton Keynes, Bucks, MK13 0AT or email us at [email protected]  We aim to respond within 5 working days after your initial contact and where possible, will provide you with a date to remedy any issues raised.  If we require additional information we will contact you by email or telephone.

If we are unable to resolve the issue, it will be escalated to our Operations Director for a final decision. 

Where we are unable to resolve your complaint using our own complaints procedure, as a Which? Trusted Trader we use Dispute Resolution Ombudsman for dispute resolution.  In the unlikely event that we cannot remedy your complaint to your satisfaction, you may wish to refer your complaint to them.  If you wish to do so, please contact Which?
